  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number and courier details.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and others.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to check the live status of your shipment at any time.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

While we strive to deliver on time, delays can occasionally happen due to unforeseen events.

If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, the courier will usually retry once. After repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping may incur an additional charge.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.
EatyFity.com will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept it.
Notify our support team immediately with your order number and photos at support@eatyfity.com within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Change or Cancellation of Orders

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or address changes cannot be made.
